The Villa has 12 beds (three double bedrooms and three twins) and 5 bathrooms with shower. Villa Carlotta is an elegant 1970s villa with direct private access to the sea. The 3000sqm park full of citrus trees, tall pines and the swimming pool offer its guests the ideal environment to relax, have fun and spend unforgettable moments with family or friends. Also available for weddings, baptisms and parties.

The living room and the kitchen

The main entrance leads to the two wings of the house. On the right, the living area consists of three halls illuminated by the light of large windows overlooking the garden. On the left you enter the annex consisting of a bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and a service room with two single beds and a small bathroom in the room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fryer, microwave, two fridges, dishwasher, kettel, juicer, Nespresso, blenders and everything needed to accommodate 12 people. It is located on the ground floor next to the laundry room with sink and washing machine.

The rooms and the swimming pool

The upper level reachable from the marine staircase in the living room has two double bedrooms, one large with terrace and sea view and two doubles (one twin with sea view and terrace). On the floor there are the other two bathrooms of the house.

The swimming pool available to Villa Carlotta is irregular in shape, measures 15 by 8 and is 3 meters deep at the deepest point. The swimming pool can be heated both in winter and in summer with a supplement to be paid according to consumption. Deck chairs and sun loungers are available for guests.
